The Northern Ireland Fire Safety Panel is an established forum within both local government building control, the N.I. Fire Brigade and Licensing Authorities.
It comprises members with specialist fire safety knowledge and was established to facilitate the raising of knowledge and awareness levels of fire safety issues in the build environment.
The panel co-operates closely with others within the design professions, industry and government departments to provide appropriate fire safety guidance and information.
The panel meets on a regular basis throughout the year to discuss fire related matters affecting local government Building Control, the N.I. Fire Brigade, Licensing Authorities and their customers.
