Changes to Building Regulations and Fees

Following public consultations, the Department of Finance have introduced Building Regulation fee uplifts which took effect from 1st April 2022 and amendments to both the regulations and guidance of Building Regulations (NI) 2012 which came into effect from 1st April and 30th June 2022.

2022 Amendment of NI Technical Booklet R – Changing Places Toilets

The new statutory guidance is published and will come into effect on 30 June 2022.
